Job Details

We are seeking a customer service-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional job fulfillment, including pick-ups and drop-offs.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Danner's Incorporated. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Qualifications

• Must be age 24 or older
• Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Minimum 2 years Dispatcher experience, preferably in maritime industry
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Eligible for employment based on background checks (criminal background, MVR, health/drug screening)
• Ability to work under stress and remain calm
• Strong typing skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Desire to grow, learn, and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of the maritime industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in learning new software applications

Physical Requirements

• Average to excellent hearing and vision
• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Sitting for extended periods
• Occasional driving
• Walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and stooping
