This position operates out of our Harrison, OH.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of our tanker fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services
• Act as a primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking of delivery status and documentation

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong geographic knowledge, especially Midwest and surrounding regions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals
• Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed
