Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Andon system software and radio communication throughout the facility.
• Escalate Help Chain when required up to Plant Manager level.
• Investigate historical data and relay information to Help Chain Members.
• Post daily and weekly production status.
• Data mine the database for past occurrences to mitigate downtime.
• Track all open A3’s and 5C’s for upcoming report outs.
• Manage all visual management tools per standards.
• Handle regulated waste as per federal/state regulations.

Purpose & Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Andon system software and radio communication throughout facility
• The dispatcher will escalate the Help Chain when required-up to Plant Manager level.
• Investigate historical data and relay information to Help Chain Members
• Post daily and weekly production status
• The dispatcher will data mine the database for past occurrences and provide this information to the support groups in order to mitigate the downtime.
• The dispatcher will track all open A3’s and 5C’s and provide advanced notice of upcoming report outs.
• The dispatcher will ensure that all visual management tools are being managed per the standard.
• All other duties as assigned
• This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations
