Job summary

The GOAT Plumbing, Air and Electric LLC is seeking a high-energy Dispatcher to keep field operations moving in the Tampa Bay area. You will strategically assign technicians, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to maximize productivity and revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will have prior dispatch or service coordination experience in plumbing/HVAC/electrical settings, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or service coordination experience preferred.
• Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of revenue-driven dispatching and technician productivity.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and motivated by results.

You’ll play a critical role in keeping our technicians productive, maximizing scheduling efficiency, supporting revenue opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage a dispatch board. We're looking for someone who can help drive the success of our field operations!

What You'll Be Doing
