Sentara Health in the Norfolk/VA Beach area is seeking a Dispatcher for full-time, rotating shifts to join our team. The role involves receiving and processing requests for EMS and non-emergency transportation, entering data into a CAD system, and coordinating referrals via phone, fax, and computer applications.

The successful candidate will use radio and computerized communications equipment, maintain records, and support timely service delivery.

Competenze

• HS Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year call center experience is acceptable as a qualification.
• Driver License is required.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.57 - $32.24 hourly. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
