Remote Dispatcher

Location:

100% Remote, must live within approximately 75 miles of the Newark, NJ

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM EST

Pay: $20-$21/hour

Contract: 10-12 months with potential for permanent hire

The Opportunity

We are hiring Dispatchers

to support a growing field service operation. This team coordinates service

technicians who travel to customer locations to repair and maintain equipment.

This is a fast-paced

role focused on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and

problem-solving. You'll manage incoming service requests, coordinate

technician schedules, and help ensure customers receive timely service.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Dispatching experience

Ideal candidates will

have:

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
• Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloadsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations
• Basic Excel skills, including sorting and filtering
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure
• Ability to stay productive and accountable in a fully remote environment

Training &

New hires receive 3-4

weeks of structured, side-by-side training before taking ownership of

assigned service markets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newark, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
