• Respond to delays, missed deliveries, urgent needs, or other logistics exceptions and escalated appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and protect confidential patient, team-member, customer, or business information.
• Manage assigned workload, deadlines, and follow-up responsibilities through completion.

The role is accountable for accurate, timely, dependable execution within established procedures and for escalating issues that fall outside assigned authority.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to coordinate time-sensitive logistics and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional related experience and relevant technical, safety, or industry certification.


• Delivery, dispatch, route planning, pharmacy logistics, healthcare courier, transportation, or multi-site operations experience.

Compensation: $34,000-$52,000
