Job summary

Jw Logistics Operations Llc is seeking a dispatcher to efficiently execute the dispatch process and support Operations. You will provide exceptional service to customers and drivers while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include sourcing carriers, approving and routing freight, and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ transportation and third-party dispatch experience.
• 2 years’ dispatching experience.
• 1-2 years’ warehouse experience or truck driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes the dispatch process to support Operations.
• Provides exceptional customer service to customers and drivers.
• Sources and develops carriers; ensures carriers meet requirements.
• Dispatches customer-controlled freight accurately and regularly.
• Verifies carriers are approved and compliant.
• Optimizes routing for cost effectiveness.
• Liaisons to solve driver and carrier issues.
• Maintains carrier and customer base; performs related duties.
