This role offers a 0.2 FTE (16 hours per pay period) on the night shift, working every other Saturday and Sunday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

Job Overview

As a Hospital Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our Security Dispatch Operations Center, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring CCTV Surveillance Cameras: Keep a vigilant eye on a large bank of cameras to ensure the safety of our premises.
• Prioritizing Incoming Calls: Efficiently handle and prioritize calls, dispatching Security Officers as needed.
• Operating CAD Systems: Utilize Computer Aided Dispatch systems to manage and document activities.
• Monitoring Fire Computers: Stay alert to fire alarms and take appropriate actions.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations, offering top-notch service to callers and on-site visitors.
