Job summary

Hero Home Services is seeking a Dispatch Service Representative to provide logistical support for field personnel and ensure customer commitments are met. The role requires strong communication, a high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledgeable on current processes, promotions, coupons and any other necessary information
• Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with team, management and customers

• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
• Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude

• Make sure the right technicians get to the right jobs on time, prepared, and informed
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional image
• Make outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, and survey existing and potential customers
• Maximize opportunities through dispatching processes and adhering to company goals
• Support for overflow from Customer Service Representatives

Schedule

• 8- hour shifts Monday thru Friday
• On call shifts on weekends, evenings, and some holidays
• Hero’s DSR Staff is present on some pre-determined holidays
