Job summary

High 5 Plumbing is seeking a proactive dispatcher to coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls from our Golden, CO team. You will schedule technicians, manage real-time routing, and keep customers informed of changes to ensure on-time arrivals.

You will work closely with field staff and customer service to optimize daily workloads, respond to emergencies, and leverage ServiceTitan to track statuses and updates across the service queue.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services is preferred.
• Proficiency with field service management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location, skill, urgency, and availability.
• Monitor schedules and adjust as priorities change.
• Communicate appointment details to technicians and customers.
• Maintain contact with field personnel for efficient routing and on-time arrivals.
• Respond to emergency service requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Confirm appointments and notify customers of delays or changes.
• Work with Customer Service to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Use ServiceTitan or similar software to manage schedules and assignments.
• Monitor capacity to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with managers on priorities and workload.
• Review incomplete jobs and reschedule follow-ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians based on location, skill set, urgency, and availability.
• Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change.
• Communicate appointment details, updates, and changes to technicians and customers.
• Maintain close communication with field personnel to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals.
• Respond quickly to emergency service requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Confirm customer appointments and proactively notify customers of delays or schedule changes.
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately.
• Utilize ServiceTitan (or similar dispatch software) to manage schedules, job statuses, and technician assignments.
• Monitor technician capacity and work to minimize downtime while maximizing productivity.
• Coordinate with department managers regarding scheduling priorities and workload.
• Review incomplete jobs and reschedule follow-up work as needed.
• Ensure all jobs contain accurate customer information, notes, and required documentation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Support company goals by helping improve response times, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other home service industries is highly preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
