Role and Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks
• Organize driver outbound/inbound window and calls
• Verify bills of lading
• Build loads in McLeod
• Assist with HOS and ELD compliance
• Assist with tracking & recording
• Ensure yard checks are complete
• Update McLeod with driver & truck information daily
• Complete E-manifest requirements as needed
• Develop reports as needed
• Coordinate trip envelopes and distribute as needed
• Manage relationships with drivers
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Strong communication skills, proficient English, telephone skills, strong computer skills, must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while multi‑tasking, be dependable and have strong time management skills.
