Dave Wright Auto is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to optimize technician dispatching and shop workflow. You will schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians, and manage repair paperwork while keeping guests informed and engaged.

Ideal candidates are experienced in dealership dispatching, possess strong communication skills, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude. This role supports seamless operations and department collaboration across the service drive.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Schedule appointments for service and repairs.
• Complete paperwork related to automotive repairs.
• Relay pertinent information to technicians for completion of work.
• Follow up on detail-oriented tasks to ensure work is completed.
• Communicate with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to accomplish common goals.
• Other duties as required.
