Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Iowa is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead the high volume service department and guide technicians and service advisors to deliver top-notch work and customer care.

You will manage dispatching, coach staff, and implement training while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and collaboration with other departments to achieve common goals.

Shop Foreman Responsibilities:

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow
• Follow our processes and hold the team accountable to them
• Effectively lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors to help them grow
• Provide ongoing training to service department personnel
• Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings with team members
• Motivate and encourage service staff members to reach their full potential
• Maintain above average customer service scores for the department
• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals
• Other duties as required
