Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage hot-shot drivers in a manner that will deliver the best and most efficient hot-shot service possible
• Wait on and assist all walk-in customers by providing each customer with courteous service and information to satisfy their battery need(s)
• Handle and balance invoices generated
• Follow-up with largest customers weekly to ensure customer satisfaction and battery supply is adequate
• Assist with warehouse and office duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Purpose of Job:

The Dispatcher handles all incoming phone calls and dispatches hot-shot requests ina timelyand orderly fashionin order tobest meet the needs of our dealers in most efficient manner possible , while alsoassistingin warehouse and with office duties as needed.

Job Components:

Work Environment:

• Office environment but is also exposed to battery warehouse conditions such as moving equipment, mechanical parts,fumesor airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, depthperceptionand ability to adjust focus.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, hear, talk, and use hands to grasp and handle objects.
• Ability to sustain extended periods of sitting, occasional standing and walkingthroughout the day
• Prolonged use of personalcomputerandtelephone
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
• Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, without assistance and occasionally lifting up to 75lbs
