The role includes light warehouse and office duties to support daily operations and inventory flow.

Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), have good knowledge of the local geography, strong communication and customer-service skills, the ability to multitask,

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage hot-shot drivers in a manner that will deliver the best and most efficient hot-shot service possible.
• Wait on and assist all walk-in customers by providing each customer with courteous service and information to satisfy their battery need(s).
• Handle and balance invoices generated
• Follow-up with largest customers weekly to ensure customer satisfaction and battery supply is adequate.
• Assist with warehouse and office duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned
