Ultra Logistics, a leader in domestic truckload transportation and carrier management, is seeking qualified and ambitious individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage dispatch operations for various types of freight including dry van, reefer, flatbed, and conestoga.
• Utilize advanced data entry skills and manage multiple carriers efficiently.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
• Use transportation management systems like SAP, McLeod Software, Keypoint, Aljex, and others.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of dispatch experience with a national brand.
• Proficiency in typing at least 80-95 WPM with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of various freight types and geographic awareness (e.g., states and their differences).
• Experience with tools like MacroPoint, Fourkites, Microsoft Office, Mile Maker, PC Miler, Truckers Tools, and familiarity with EDI and Imaging is a plus.
