Job summary

Midwest Express Co. in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, shipments, and customer communications. This full-time role starts at 0600, Mon–Fri, with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life and 401K after 90 days; PTO available.

You will dispatch drivers, handle calls, process paperwork, and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Prior trucking or freight dispatch experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a multitasking environment.
• Capable of working under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and dependability skills.
• Professional and pleasant phone presence; customer service experience preferred.
