• Oversee driver activities and address issues in alignment with established procedures and dispatch guidelines
• Develop and adjust delivery schedules based on routing plans and operational requirements
• Monitor petroleum inventories and coordinate with suppliers regarding allocation needs following standard processes
• Plan and adjust delivery sequencing based on operational priorities and service requirements
• Evaluate delivery performance and elevate service-related matters to Terminal Management in accordance with established guidelines
• Conduct station monitoring and load analysis to identify potential service issues and support preventative actions
• Review driver logs and coordinate equipment maintenance based on operational schedules and maintenance requirements
