Responsibilities

• Oversee daily driver activity and address delivery issues in line with dispatch procedures and terminal guidelines.
• Develop and adjust delivery schedules based on routing plans and service priorities.
• Monitor inventories and coordinate allocation needs with suppliers using established processes.
• Plan and sequence loads to support efficient delivery flow and dependable service execution.
• Evaluate delivery performance, identify risks, and raise concerns with Terminal Management.
• Conduct station monitoring and load analysis to identify potential service issues.
• Review driver logs and coordinate equipment maintenance scheduling based on timelines.
