Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role in Dayton, Ohio. The Dispatcher coordinates daily routes and assignments for drivers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries in line with customer requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring driver locations, updating schedules, and communicating changes, delays, or special instructions. The role involves frequent interaction with customers to confirm orders, resolve service issues, and provide status updates. The Dispatcher also maintains accurate records in dispatch systems, supports compliance with company policies and safety standards, and collaborates with operations staff to optimize efficiency and service quality.
