This vital role serves as the communication hub between clients, technicians, and internal teams—ensuring each day runs smoothly, efficiently, and with top-tier service. This position will be located at our Dallas, TX Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice our clients love to hear – schedule interior pest control appointments and chat with clients in a friendly, helpful way that reflects our top-tier service standards.
• Route like a pro – shuffle and shape technician schedules to make sure services are delivered efficiently, on-time, and with a smile.
• Put on your problem‑solving cape – jump in to help techs who hit a snag on their route and keep the day moving smoothly.
• Pick up the line – handle incoming calls to support our client service and sales teams with helpful info and great vibes.
• Pitch in with the routing squad – help out with admin extras like call‑aheads, permission lists, text notifications, and more. Every detail counts!
• Keep the story straight – log client conversations and service updates in our CRM so the whole team stays in the loop (and future‑you says thanks).
• Wear a few hats – tackle other tasks as assigned by management. We’re a team that flexes when needed!

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, and written).
• Ability to multi-task + prioritize under pressure.
• RealGreen software experience is a plus, but not required.
• Expect to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (shifts range from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM), with the potential for one Saturday a month.
