• Utilized CieTrade to enter, update, and track load information, customer orders, and transportation details accurately.


• Delivered excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining strong communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service(required), scheduling, logistics or dispatch preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
