Job summary

DO & CO is hiring a Dispatcher in Boston. This full-time role focuses on coordinating transportation for airport logistics, ensuring on-time delivery, and supervising drivers. The candidate must obtain airport ID and meet TSA/compliance requirements.

Flexibility for nights and weekends is needed to support global hospitality operations. Strong planning, leadership and communication are essential, with attention to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation between production facility, vendors and the airport.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and services.
• Plan, forecast, schedule and monitor aircraft timings and updates.
• Supervise and assist drivers and helpers, including shifts and documentation.
• Receive and relay information from airline clients to departments.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations per SOPs.
• Work long hours on foot in varying temperatures; adjust to schedule needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
• Coordinate transportation activities between our main production facility, third party vendors and the Airport.
• Manage on time delivery of products, goods and services.
• Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities and monitor all aircraft arrival/departure timings and other operational updates
• Supervise, motivate, and assist a large team of drivers and driver helpers (including schedules and documentation).
• Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in the similar role.
• Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
