Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatch Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will work on technologies including filtration, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, and UF, performing troubleshooting, calibration, and field service tasks.

The role involves consulting with customer management, ensuring contract compliance, and optimizing equipment performance, with 25% travel and a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent; 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
• Current Driver’s License
• Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical
• Current TWIC Card

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)
• Respond to customer callouts
• Supporting team coverage during planned absences
• Other duties as assigned

Education
