Job summary

Southeastrans is seeking a Dispatch Team Lead to support the DC operations. This on-site role assists the Supervisor in overseeing the call center shift, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring shift performance, training teammates, coordinating schedules, startup/shutdown activities, and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will report to the Supervisor and help meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Train and coach team members in conjunction with the supervisor.
• Manage shift schedule including workstation assignments/rotations with the supervisor.
• Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers with the supervisor.
• Meet shift goals and ensure quality control.
• Make adjustments to maintain SOP compliance and a safe environment.
• Complete shift paperwork and assist in the assigned department as necessary.
