Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in California is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and dispatch activities, ensure safety compliance and maintain production standards.

You will supervise staff, audit driver logs, collaborate with Safety & Compliance, manage budgeting support, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong communication with drivers, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years in the logistics/industrial field preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience required.

• Ensure execution of daily operations within the department
• Review & audit drivers logs and inspections
• Work closely with Safety & Compliance
• Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance
• Coordinate with other departments within the company
• Respond to & solve problems
• Train employees on job specific duties
• Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
• Effectively communicate with drivers, clients, vendors and employees
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process
• Other duties as assigned.

• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED Required
• Four years industry experience required.
• Two years supervisory required.

California required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 70,304 - 84,3232 annually.
