Overview

Remote (Work-at-Home) Dispatch-Scheduler/Lead Associate / $21.00 per hour / Full-time. Opportunity for Full-Time Position with a company who maintains a solid presence and future in its market niche.

Note: For initial and occasional training purposes, candidates still must live within daily commute driving distance of either office: Moon Twp, PA 15108 OR Brunswick, OH 44212

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls & assignments concurrently
• Maintain a customer-service oriented phone demeanor with good voice skills
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Type more than 30 wpm
• Demonstrate an organized approach to problem solving with good judgment on risk mitigation
• Prioritize tasks with a common-sense approach
• Be a team-player and align with the best interests of the company
• Be flexible with shift start/stop times and be able to work two Saturdays per month
• Have reliable transportation
• Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel and Internet
• Basic arithmetical skills
• Focus on developing career skill-sets and being the best you can be

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Training & Location

Training is 3 weeks in Coraopolis, PA, split up over three (3) 1-week sessions.
