Qualifications

We are currently hiring for a dispatcher working varying shifts and days to support our 24/7 Traffic Control and Flagging operations. This position will operate out of our Eighty Four, PA office.

Daily Job Duties

• Must have excellent organizational skills, knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
• Create weekly schedules for all work sites, utilizing workforce to optimize site efficiency and overtime usage
• Assign company vehicles to appropriate work sites and crews based on need
• Ensure daily job tickets are submitted for each job site
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance, relay incoming field requests to appropriate individuals within Assist Services
• Track and manipulate data to reach efficient workforce utilization and improve overall operations
• Utilize vehicle logistics software, as well as company software, to fulfill daily responsibilities
• Work with Fleet Management department to accomplish tasks and routine fleet maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performing scheduling, logistics, or fleet coordinating duties that support the transportation industry

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or excessive points)
• All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard 10‑panel drug screen and be fit for duty physically
