Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Dispatcher in Birmingham, AL to manage staffing for client sites. This part-time 2nd shift role runs Thursday through Saturday, with weekend and holiday coverage, and requires strong organizational skills and clear communication.

You will coordinate schedules, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records while working with internal teams and clients. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Clean background; ability to obtain required certifications or licenses.
• Availability for first, second, and third shifts.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and review staffing schedules.
• Match staff to positions and communicate schedules via email, text, or phone.
• Minimize overtime and redeploy staff to cover call-offs.
• Track time-off requests to maintain site coverage.
• Respond to emergencies, call-offs, and absences to ensure adequate staffing.
• Take, log, and complete daily shift reports.
• Escalate significant incident reports to managers.
• Input schedule changes and client requests into the automated system.
• Prepare clear emails and reports.
• Oversee camera feeds to ensure compliance and safety.
