Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid TWIC card.
• Able to pass Armed Qualifications for ASRB.
• Concealed Carry Pistol Permit preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Minimum 3 years of security/military/corrections/law enforcement experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage officer schedules, assignments, and staffing coverage.
• Conduct field training, evaluations, and performance oversight.
• Support dispatch and operational logistics.
• Perform site patrols and identify safety or security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies according to procedures.
• Maintain electronic logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Enforce post orders, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and corrective guidance to officers.

Position Summary

The Armed Field Supervisor oversees daily security operations, officer scheduling, dispatch coordination, and field supervision. This role ensures compliance with company and client policies while maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have or able to obtain a Valid TWIC Card
• Able to pass the Armed Qualifications for ASRB
• Concealed Carry Pistol Permit
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company-approved driver standards.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Ability to maintain a standing post and cover officer assignments as needed

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Supervision

• Manage officer schedules, assignments, and staffing coverage
• Conduct field training, evaluations, and performance oversight
• Support dispatch and operational logistics

Security & Patrol Duties

• Perform site patrols and identify safety or security concerns
• Monitor access points and verify credentials
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to established procedures

Administrative Duties

• Maintain electronic logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Enforce post orders, policies, and procedures
• Utilize tablets and computer systems for reporting and communication
• Supervise, mentor, and support security personnel
• Ensure compliance with scheduling, performance, and conduct standards
• Provide coaching and corrective guidance when necessary

Client Relations

• Address client and officer concerns professionally
• Maintain effective communication and customer service
• Ensure officers meet uniform and appearance standards
