Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years dispatch and commercial driver experience or related area.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers and customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of delivery operations.
• Assign drivers to trucks and ensure on-time departures/ arrivals.
• Answer driver questions and advise on traffic/weather.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Maintain records and support department goals.
• Perform any other duties as required.
