UPS is seeking a dispatch operations professional to assist and review Small Package dispatch activities, ensuring timely service, safety, and cost goals. Responsibilities include planning, load/tractor assignments, yard coordination, and adapting plans for new customers and locations.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, performance reviews, and continuous development within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and handle physical duties.
• Flexible to work shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse environments.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversees dispatch planning and load/tractor assignments.
• Monitors yard operations and trailer inventory.
• Analyzes dispatch and service reports and schedules.
• Develops efficient dispatch plans and incorporates changes such as new customers or loads.
• Coordinates with teams to ensure staffing and equipment levels.
• Provides feedback, training needs, and performance evaluations.
