Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in dispatch and logistics-related roles is required.
• Ability to motivate, develop and provide feedback to employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, administer salary and performance for direct reports.
• Oversee dispatch process and assist Maintenance Coordinators.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding through Coupa and resolve AP issues.
• Change alarm codes for Bosch system stores.
• Enter IS360 Work Orders and run service reports.
• Hire subcontractors in emergencies and cover weekends.
• Be point of contact for escalated issues and contractor sourcing.
• Create schedules ensuring coverage and handle callouts.
• Communicate critical events to Management; perform other duties.
