Job summary

Casey's is seeking a Center Store Manager in Adel, IA, to lead center store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and empower team members, manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain strong vendor relationships under the Store Manager’s supervision.

You’ll ensure daily tasks are completed, safety processes followed, and service excellence delivered, while serving as a member of the store leadership team and stepping in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower team members.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team, stepping in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
