Responsibilities
  1. Implement Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and uphold quality and service standards.
  2. Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels to foster strong community relationships.
  3. Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members following Casey's standards, acting as a coach and mentor.
  4. Model and promote Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
  5. Manage labor budgets and staffing needs, including scheduling and communicating updates.
  6. Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
  7. Complete daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, audits, merchandise orders, and manage inventory and DSD.
  8. Partner with district leadership to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L statements.
  9. Complete required training and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
Compensation

Starting pay range: $46,000 - $62,500. Actual pay varies based on experience, skills, and other factors. The role is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses. The full salary range extends beyond the listed range to support growth within the company.
