Job summary

The Dispatch Customer Service Representative – Home Delivery (3PL) position at Maersk supports daily home delivery operations by acting as the primary liaison between the client, delivery teams, and internal operations. This onsite role assists drivers and dispatchers, monitors progress, and communicates delivery status and exceptions to the client.

Based in Colton, CA, you will coordinate routes, resolve delivery issues, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily home delivery routes and provide operational support to drivers and field teams.
• Communicate with drivers to resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer concerns.
• Respond promptly to client emails regarding delivery status and exceptions.
• Coordinate with client teams to meet delivery expectations and service levels.
• Track deliveries and document route updates and completed stops.
• Escalate issues and work with management on timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and operational reports.
• Build positive relationships with the client and internal teams, delivering excellent service.
