Job summary

Auto Driveaway, one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the US, seeks an energetic Operations Manager to oversee dispatch operations at our Cincinnati, OH location.

Auto Driveaway provides door-to-door driveaway services nationwide and partners with fleets, upfitters and dealers to move vehicles safely and efficiently. You will lead drivers and office staff, manage service providers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize across divisions.
• Strong management, human relations and communication skills.
• Ideal candidate will possess a strong logistics skill set.
• Understanding of customer service delivery techniques and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Motivates a staff of professional drivers and office personnel.
• Evaluates vehicle condition and requests approved services when needed.
• Track and manage all active vehicle services through the ERP system.
• Maintain relationships with vehicle service providers for quality outcomes.
• Complete title and registration services for Auto Driveaway and clients.
• Assign drivers based on client requests and driver availability.
• Communicate estimates and delivery/pickup times to customers.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSR, state and local regulations.
