Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse administrative or clerical position.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ability to generate reports and communicate data clearly.
• Strong math, analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and resolve driver, sales rep and customer issues; communicate route updates to drivers.
• Create, update, and share transportation reports using Excel and logistics software.
• Assist in damages and shorts process by notifying vendors and drivers to resolve issues.
• Coordinate backhaul scheduling and communicate key logistics information to stakeholders.
• Support scheduling of pickup appointments for backhaul orders and related paperwork.
