Job summary

Capital Hauling in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a 3PL Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate trucking activities for aggregate deliveries to plants, job sites, and customers. You will work with the field superintendent to ensure trucking needs are met and routes are optimized.

The role requires coordinating multiple trucks and drivers, maintaining relationships with carriers, reviewing documentation, and using MS Office tools to support efficient dispatch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in dispatching, trucking, logistics, construction materials, or related role preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trucks, drivers, carriers, and schedules in fast-paced env.
• Ability to work with outside hauling companies, field teams, customers, and internal partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ability to learn dispatching systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with a high volume of carriers (100+).
• Oversee loading and dispatching of dump truck drivers and trucks.
• Plan schedules for all drivers and trucks for delivery of aggregates and materials.
• Coordinate outside trucks for deliveries to job sites.
• Maintain a list of active outside trucking options for projects.
• Ensure compliance of carrier requirements and documents.
