Job Duties

Schedule and dispatch drivers based on customer orders, delivery schedules, and job-site needs. Coordinate and optimize delivery routes to support efficient and on-time deliveries. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules, status updates, delays, and changes. Maintain daily delivery schedules and ensure orders are accurate and properly prepared for delivery. Respond quickly and professionally to delivery issues, delays, and other logistical challenges. Ensure operations remain compliant with applicable safety standards, company policies, and DOT requirements. Maintain accurate delivery records, driver logs, and material-tracking documentation. Provide excellent customer service and timely communication throughout the delivery process. Complete required reports and perform additional dispatch or operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a related environment preferred.
• Experience within construction materials or a similar industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
