Job summary

South West Plumbing is looking for HVAC Technicians who can dispatch from home while servicing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems around Seattle. The role offers a generous sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, document activities, and provide clear repair vs. replacement options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in residential HVAC service or equivalent field experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across common residential systems.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use mobile service software, tablets, and digital tools.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding service and/or sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Document findings, parts used, and work performed in service software.
• Present repair vs. replace options and educate customers on benefits.
• Deliver a 5-star service experience and maintain professional conduct on every call.
