Qualifications

• Must have diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Comfort with mobile apps and modern service tech.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical and electronic components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service as needed.
• Inspect and document service details and travel time accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and inventory in good condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
