Treasure Island Hotel Casino is seeking a Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator to handle on-property and off-site repair requests, input details into Maximo, and assign tasks to Engineering staff. The role requires six months of administrative and high-volume customer service experience, with preferred hotel industry background.

Responsibilities include responding to life-safety alarms, logging timekeeping data in Access, and maintaining dispatch records.

Qualificações

• At least six months’ administrative experience required.
• A minimum of six months high-end/high-volume customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Access, Word, and Maximo preferred.

• Record all staff call-in slips for the department.
• Maintain dispatch log of activities performed throughout the day.
• Maintain an accurate accounting of time and activities in emergency situations.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
