Job summary

Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric seeks a Dispatch Manager to own the dispatch function across all departments. You will ensure the right technician is on the right call at the right time, driving efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.

You will lead a team, set performance standards, and collaborate with Field Operations to execute in the field. This leadership role requires accountability, strong communication, and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven leadership experience with measurable results.
• Strong communication and accountability leadership skills.
• High-level problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, real-time operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold dispatch accountable to performance standards
• Own capacity utilization, scheduling efficiency, and call flow execution
• Ensure Right Tech, Right Call across all departments
• Monitor and drive daily revenue and operational targets
• Conduct daily dispatch audits, debriefs, and real-time adjustments
• Ensure all calls are updated, scheduled, and properly communicated
• Train and develop dispatchers into high performers
