Job summary

Honey Bucket in Golden, CO is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to keep drivers, routes, and daily operations on track in a fast-paced, small-office setting.

You will coordinate and dispatch daily driver routes, monitor routes in real time, respond promptly to questions and concerns, and look for opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining safety and quality. This is a full-time role with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatch, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong geographical awareness and route-planning skills.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach when plans change or problems come up.
• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other operational software.
• Ability to learn, follow, and reinforce operational systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily driver routes.
• Monitor routes and adjust in real time based on needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions and concerns.
• Look for opportunities to improve route efficiency and performance.
• Forecast equipment and staffing needs and communicate them.
• Maintain safety and quality standards per company and DOT requirements.
• Complete accurate data entry and prepare reports.
• Follow established systems and communicate gaps to the Area Manager.
• Support teammates and keep daily priorities on track.
