Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mason, PA is hiring for a Traffic Clerk. The role involves scheduling inbound and outbound freight, coordinating drivers and equipment, and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving documents.

You will support customer service teams and help maintain high service levels in a fast-paced logistics environment. The position offers a first shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), Monday–Friday, with pay at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a related role
• Experience with warehouse operations and dispatch processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations.
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight to meet service levels.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all shipping and receiving documents (BOL).
• Assist customer service and client representatives at the dispatch window.
• Maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving activities.
