Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a First (1st) Traffic Clerk to support scheduling and coordinating truck deliveries and pickups. The role requires coordination with customer service, client representatives, and drivers to maintain high service levels.

This is an onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a possible overtime component. Pay starts at $20.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and eligibility for monthly performance and safety bonuses as part of the full-time package.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience or more in a similar role
• Good people skills and strong communication (verbal and written)
• Computer literate with ability to use multiple systems
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Ability to work overtime as needed and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations
• Coordinate with customer service, load planning center, and transportation service center
• Assist drivers with Bills of Ladings (BOL) and related documents
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and logs
• Assist in training new associates and upholding safety and housekeeping standards
