Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Palmyra, AL is hiring a Traffic Clerk to join our team. You will schedule truck deliveries, coordinate drivers and freight, and work closely with customer service and trucking firms to maintain high service levels.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience, including use of a Warehouse Management System and customer service, and offers 1st shift hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with pay at $19 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to support warehouse operations.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents (BOL).
• Handle customers at the dispatch window and coordinate with drivers.
• Maintain data and logs related to shipping activities.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
