Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to caller needs and enter data into the computer.
• Assist drivers with mechanical breakdowns by coordinating with shops and third parties.
• Issue PO numbers to support accounts payable.
• Complete accident reports and relay details to Safety after hours.
• Record arrival/departure data and update the system.
• Support field operations with equipment location discrepancies and relay assignments.
